Portfolio Diet stats
Hello lovely Cronometer folks!
I'd love to see a Profile setting to add stats consistent with the Portfolio Diet for lowering cholesterol: phytosterols and esters, soy proteins, soluble fiber, etc. It would be helpful to track those elements.

I agree. However I would settle for plant proteins and soluble fiber as I suspect that data is more readily available.

yes, the Phytosterols tracker shows no data even though I’m eating foods naturally high in sterols. I want to get as close as I can to the 2g recommendation without supplements, and this is the one nutrient that Cronometer has left me in the breeze on.
