Where to find the target line setting for charts?

Hi there - I'm using the iOS app as a paid user, but I cannot figure out how to turn on the target line as referenced in this help center article: https://support.cronometer.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019864311-Mobile-Charts Is there something I'm missing or should this be treated as a feature request?
