Low sodium and protein diet?

Hi all,

Using this app to manage my intake of the two above items due to kidney disease, need to keep sodium below 2000mg and protein below 60g. Struggling a lot with the protein - I am trying the DASH diet and it is working great for the sodium but still having about 80g of protein a day.

Does anyone know of a large amount of recipes that are low in both these things?

  • Look up any vegan or vegetarian diets. When I go vegetarian (for one week per month) I have a hard time getting my protien intake up for that week.

    It should do you good though if you need to stay under 60g/day
