Please support UTF8 text for Names in emails
When sending emails and newsletters, PLEASE support non-ASCII text for names. I have a Japanese name with Kanji that I use for most of my online profiles. When I see "Dear ??? ?????" in the email, I know that you don't support UTF8 which should be standard across the 'net.
Otherwise, I tend to ignore emails that don't address me properly. I don't respond to "?????? ??"
