cholesterol in falafel???!
so I have added falafel to my menu and surprised that it contains cholesterol !! I thought this substance is only in animal-based food?

Depends what kind of oil the falafel was fried in. Check out content of different types of oil.

I use egg as a binder in my falafel. That has cholesterol.
