Recipe nutrient entry

Hello everyone,
I have a recipe for air-fryer chicken strips in which they're dragged through egg, then Almond flour/seasoning powder

Needless to say, most of the dragging ingredients aren't going to get eaten. So, how do I get all the nutrients correctly entered into my Custom Foods?

    Perhaps, create a custom recipe for the drag mix by weight. When you make the chicken, weigh whatever remains of drag mix and subtract that to find the amount by weight that actually got used. In your diary you would make two entries one for the chicken and one for the drag mix that was actually used.
