How do I figure out how many calories I actually need?
I recently got a fitbit and I wanted to link it with Cronometer, but now it's saying I'm burning over a thousand calories a day in both the Cronometer app and the fitbit app. This has bumped my calorie limit up to 3000 at times, which I struggle to sometimes get up to 1600 without discomfort. If I take exercise completely out of it, I'm recommended to eat 1382 calories for slow weight loss, which is then starting to feel a little too low. I qm confused by this, how do I know how many I actually need? (Picture of without exercise remaining calories, with burned calories)
