I do not understand how to create an exercise. I see no free weights, or weight vest to add to my exercises. I only see a limited amount of choices and no body weight exercises with no reps or styles of body weight exercise (Like pushups/sit-ups). The only two exercises which apply to me are walking and running. Like I wrote above, I use free weights and have limited equipment so I use body weight and two dumbbells for training. Where can I find these choices in the menu? Thanks.
