Home ground plant base supplement

It's like a protein powder made from ground pumpkin seed, plus sunflower, chia, flax seeds, and wheat germ.

I use a protein powder scoop of this in a bowl, add dark choc soy milk enough to cover, and let soak till it becomes a kind of pudding, or add a scoop to Alpen muesli and soak in hot soy/2% milk.
With the pudding I add frozen fruit and let defrost plus plain Greek yogurt, cashews and walnut pieces. With the Alpen I add dates and a couple of prunes plus the nuts.

I log each ingredients separately, just estimate that is figured by bulk ingredients put together.

  • We dropped the wheat germ, just ground chia, sunflower, flax and pumpkin seeds. Mainly gives daily 100% omega 3.
