One year 8 months of Tracking

Dropped from 200 to 150 and back to 160 where I have been steady more importantly Dropped from 9.4 A1C to 5.1 A1C as it was a Type 2 Diabetes diagnosis that got me going on the cronometer train CHOO CHOO

I've missed maybe 2 days tracking during that period

Zero meds just Diet and Exercise

    Congratulations! I am on the same plan as you achieved. Type 2 diagnosis and do not want to take meds. 3 weeks in and going in the right direction and changes are happening. Thanks for sharing!
