How can I just add steak

When choosing ingredients, in the search bar I put steak, and I get Beef Steak, Rib Eye, Visible Fat Eaten - what does Visible Fat Eaten mean? To me, it sounds like the steak is already eaten.

    If you intend to (or did) eat the fat visible on the steak choose:
    Beef Steak, (Type of Cut), Visible Fat Eaten

    If you or your butcher trimmed all visible fat from the steak, or you left all the fat uneaten on the plate or fed it to your dog choose:
    Beef Steak, (Type of Cut), No Visible Fat Eaten
