amino acid checking tip

I mainly log my food to keep a check on amino acids plus macros. Adding brands don't give any amino listing so instead of a brand of beefburger I'll just go to common foods and find something much the same then I'll get my aminos.

I started keeping an eye on aminos when I was doing a vegan challenge, nowadays do eat food like tofu or veg protein powder but for tofu not choose a brand.
