carbs and cauliflower
I have been making a cauliflower crust pizza, but was surprised at how many net carbs the commercial product we are using says it has, namely 27 for a 1/3 crust weight 52g. I do not have the packaging in front of me, but it seems as though there MUST be other ingredients. One cup of cooked cauliflower has only 2.2g net carbs (these numbers are from the app).
What am I missing here? Is there some other brand crust that people can recommend?
FWIW I have been trying to stay under 20g net carbs per day because I have cancer... so I know that is very hard to do!
