Can’t set net carb max threshold

there seems to be no way of setting the net carb max threshold (which makes the target turn red) no matter what setting i choose. Been searching for this for hours without luck. It says to use “custom energy target” but this has no effect.
please fix this.

Just wanted to add that I've been emailing them about this issue for a long long time. They latest response was the adjust it on the website and it would reflect in the app, but that is not the case for me.
