RDA in the red. Can you get too much vitamins from food?
Hello, could anyone tell me if I can get too much B3 and Manganese from food? On some days it gets red, but in a normal range for the whole week when I look at the Nutrition Report.
Also is it better to look at our daily, weekly or monthly nutrition report?
And one more question I promise
What should be the upper limit for saturated fat and cholesterol from food?
