Hitting all macro goals but not my calorie goal. What is wrong here?


So recently I’ve been seeing this happen where I hit all my macro goals but I’m still under on my total calories. Today for example should be around 3,000 calories if you add up the macros I consumed. Does anyone know why this happens/how to fix it? Should I just pay attention to hitting my macros then and ignore the total calories goal on here? I’m fairly certain I have all of the settings off where exercise or TEF or anything else would take away from your calories consumed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    That discrepancy looks as though it could be accounted for by TEF (Thermic Effect of Food) - which is how many calories it takes to digest your food.

    To see if you're accounting for TEF, click or tap on the "Burned" chart in your energy summary.
