Charts of fat in kg are buggy on mobile and web

The chart of weight in kg and body fat in percentage attached looks OK apart from the decoration on the highlighted point, which says kg when the user has chosen % (and the value is in %). Attachment fat-1
If the user switches to kg in the drop down, there are no values shown for fat in kg at all, and the scale maxes out at 1. Attachment fat-2

These graphs look similar on the iPad.

I can't see how to zoom them out, although zooming in works, but resetting the zoom goes back to fat-2.
