How to configure 7-days caloric deficit chart or report
Hello folks!
I’m looking to set up a chart or report to track a 7-day caloric deficit. My goal is to achieve a net 3,500 caloric deficit over this period to assess its correlation with my weight loss objective. Any guidance on configuring this would be appreciated!

If you're a Gold user, you should be able to add a custom chart. From there, you'll be presented with options for what you want on the graph. You can do Net Calories and Weight to look see both values plotted over a given timeframe:
