I find it hard to follow across the screen from the macronutrient to its details when I am checking out a specific food item. The macronutrient Category is on a light colored background. Would it be possible for the individual item lines to get some slight amount of background, perhaps on alternate lines? It doesn't have to be bright, even a very pale grey would help follow across the expanse. Alternatively, displaying on a more narrow viewing field would also help.
