Throughly confused by macro report and targets
When I look at my daily report, I see it broken down by protein, carbs and fat. Great. But qwhen do the numbers to the right of those labels mean? For example, I see:
Protein: 182 60%
I presume this means that 60% of the calories I ate today are from protein, but what does 182 mean? I don't think I ate 182 grams of protein. My target is set to 100g, so it's not that.
And where I set profile + targets, in theory I'm supposed to eat .7 g of protein per pound of body weight, so that would be 101. But if I set it to 101, that will leave very little room for fats and carbs.
I'm not normally this dumb, but I would appreciate some help...
