Nutritional content ( Marco's) of meat from boiled chicken carcass
HI All
I routinely make bone broth with my chicken carcasses and there always a couple of cups of nice meat that I like to use after. I hate to waste valuable protein
I can't find any reliable info on the nutritional value - macros mostly - i' m sure a lot of the nutrients are gone after 24 hours in the broth. I found something on my fitness pal but it's in cups and not sure of the source. There is also info on boiled chicken breast. I guess that would be my best bet even though this is dark meat.
Thanks

@Cosmo, you could try Chicken, stewing, meat and skin, cooked, stewed (Food #7330) or Chicken, stewing, meat only, cooked, stewed (Food #7345). For meats in general, I would recommend filtering your search to contain USDA foods only. To find the above entries, I entered "Chicken" into the search bar, and filtered to USDA.
