Mass change in units recorded.

I find that I have mistakenly entered all my past glucose units as mmol/L instead of mg/dL. Is there a way to change all these in the program or export out, make changes in spreadsheet then import back in? The charts show correct values but incorrect unit, its just that it would be good to correct my mistaken entries.
