Diary Groups Not Showing

My partner is using Cronometer free on her iPhone XR. She has the ability to categorise her entries by, for example, Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

I am also using Cronometer free on my iPhone SE, however, the ability to categorise my entries into the same groups is locked behind the Gold membership.

So which is it? Is she getting premium functionality on a free account mistakenly, or should I have the same functionality too?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'd love to be able to group my entries too!
