Nutrition in carrots discrepancy
It looks like there is more fat in carrots cooked from frozen than there is in carrots cooked from fresh, or raw carrots. Is that a typo? I don't see how freezing carrots and then cooking them can add fat unless they are cooked in some fat that is not stated in the description. Like carrots, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt. I assume they are just boiled. Where does the extra fat come from?

I looked up raw carrots. Seems all carrots have traces of fat.
