For Vitamin A - How do you convert IU (from a nutrition label) to ug (in Cronometer) ???

It's a bit complicated because you have to take into account in which form the Vitamin A comes.

For Vitamin D I have the opposite issue. Our food labels specify μg, but this app wants me to input IU.
