Binge Eater day 1

Monday, May 6th:
Sunday was sort of successful, I tend to overeat per meal. Although I felt full after eating brunch (bacon, eggs cooked in butter, and a side salad with Tessamae's ranch dressing), I ate some granola afterward. I didn't eat again until late evening and had pork chops with cauliflower rice. It is so important to listen to your body and hunger signals all while retraining your brain for self-love, self-compassion, and self-respect.
