How do input a workout for a previous day?

Hello! I'm woefully new here lol, can someone please tell me how to add a workout and assign it to a specific day? I tried adding my workout that I had earlier this week but it seems to post it for the day I input it the info - I don't see a way to select a different day.

  • In the calendar switch to the specific day:

    Make sure the 'toggle day completed' checkmark is deactivated.

    Then simply hit the '+ EXERCISE' button to log your exercise:

    After that you may want to hit the 'toggle day completed' checkmark again.
