My son (8) and I are on an elimination diet to address various health concerns, and I wanted to make sure he gets what he needs. Also, a nurse warned me that one can't get adequate protein from plant foods >:-( and I want to hold my calculations under her nose sometime down the road. Diet advice shouldn't be made out of fairy tales ...
I just set myself up and I still have to set up my son. Let's see how this goes
