Late dinner after late exercise, intermittent fasting

Hello, My workout schedule cannot be changed because I am taking part in classes. I'm practising martial arts and classes can be HIIT style.
From what I understand is that 18/6 fasting schedule is best and not to eat late at night, however I am hungry after class and the training schedule means that I couldn't eat after 5, 5:30pm and fast until 11:30 am. Which isn't feasible.
What meal planning do you suggest?
