Have a number of custom meals

I like to make tacos - in a certain way, so a custom meal looks like a good way of doing it. But I should be able to have a number of them at once.

I'm not sure if this is a question or not.

But from experience I can tell you that custom meals are a pain to work with.
It's much easier and more flexible to work with custom recipes.
You can define serving sizes (e.g. a single taco) and easily adjust ingredients or serving sizes.
