Occupational Activty. Standing Tasks vs Bakery/Restaurant

I work in a bakery lugging 30# boxes and stand mixers full of cream cheese while briskly walking all over the place and washing heavy dishes. How on earth could this burn less calories than "standing tasks" like typing while standing? Standing task "light" estimates 907kcal burned and restaurant/bakery estimates about 600kcal. Any help would be appreciated. I cannot wear a fitness device at work for food safety.
