weekly planner

Hi, I'm new here, looking for a web-based weekly planner for macro and micro nutrients and wondering if Cronometer has this feature, or what other planner has this feature.

I'm imagining a planner where I can list a bunch of foods and the planner suggests one or more assortments weekly amounts that 'optimize' nutrition.

As an example, I'd list: 1500 calories per day, milk, eggs, brussel sprouts, black-eyed peas, lima beans, spinach, salmon, ....

The planner would then suggest how many ounces of each that I ought to eat per week to supercharge my nutrition, for example:

Option 1: 12 ounces of food #3, 11 ounces of food #6, 31 ounces of food #17,....
Option 2: 36 ounces of food #2, 14 ounces of food #4, 12 ounces of food #11,....
....
....

Or instead of just set amounts, it would present sliders so I could change, say, 24 ounces of food #16 to 18 ounces, and it would update its suggestions for the other foods.

Or instead of a widget centered GUI, it could be implemented as a spreadsheet with columns for food, weekly amount, and macro/micros.
