Feature Request: Report and/or Export showing INGREDIENT level data over time

Hello - long time user looking for a way to extract data that I need from Cronometer. All of the data I need exists in the Cronometer database, but there doesn't appear to be a way for me to extract it or view it in the way I want to see it. I am aware of reports and the ability to export, but custom recipes and custom meals are throwing me for a loop.

Since there is not a method (yet?) in Cronometer to show the number of times that I eat a particular food, I rely on data export (specifically the "Export Food & Recipes" exports to get closer to the data I am seeking--which is essentially the number of calories per food that I consume over a period of time. Unfortunately, the export (or any data shown in the tool) sees the recipe or a meal as a "food" vs. a collection of ingredients.

Can we please have the ability in the nutrition report to show base foods (e.g. base ingredients of our custom recipes or meals) or a export (workaround) that that works like the "Export Food & Recipes" report but, instead, breaks out all of the recipes and meals into their base ingredients? This would be excellent data for someone trying to refine their diet.

Thank you for all you do!
