Slim Margin for Error + Feature Request
Does anyone else find they have a very small margin for error when it comes to tracking calories? I currently have my goal set to losing .75 pound per week. Slow and steady. However, when following the recommended calorie intake, I'm actually losing 1.5 lbs per week, double my goal. I may not be hungry after following the calorie count, but I'm not satisfied either. I also end up dragging through any exercise or physical activity the next day. This results in my desire for a feature I'd like to see.
I would like to see a feature to carry over calories to the next day. For example, if I estimate that my activity for the next day will burn 500 calories, I'd like to eat those extra 500 calories the day before. Not after. The math is easy enough, but I'd like to see the visual.
