Training/Non Training days
Is it possible to set different parameters for workout days versus non-workout days? For example on days that I have a workout I want to increase my protein and carb intake over the workout days. Is this possible?

Yup. Look for "Macro Scheduler" under the "More" section.
1- click "Enable Scheduler" at the top
2- create some templates for your routine, specifying macro and nutrient targets
3- assign in the schedulerYou can change the macro template from your mobile app or desktop when you're in your diary.
