Daily summary and targets- multiplier?

can I have some help please?

I am logging my food with Cronometer to understand the full nutrients and also it connects with my FitBit.

I’m also logging the same with Xoez for gut health.

The Cronometer app seems to be reading more than I can possibly consume.

Am I reading this incorrectly or logging things incorrectly please?
