A budget-friendly Omega-3 in TG or rTG form of 900mg of EPA/DHA types, with USP certification?
My understanding is that Triglyceride (TG) or Re-esterified Triglyceride (rTG) are the most effective FORMS of Omega-3 and EPA/DHA are effective TYPES, and you want a brand certified by IFOS, USP or NSF. So now I'm searching for the lowest price per dose meeting those requirements. If anyone has researched brands for these criteria please share the results.
