Best way to log activity
Hello, I set my fitbit up which gives me some calories burned based on wearing it. When I lift weights, I added the time for that. Am I duplicating while wearing my fitbit? I have my activity set to 0 vs sedentary so not to duplicate everyday activities. Thanks

@bdipman In general, we recommend setting your activity to None if you are using an activity tracker. If your fitbit is tracking your activity and it is syncing to Cronometer you shouldn't need to enter any activity manually in your diary.

Ok great. I think the fitbit tracks activity based on arm movement, not sure if it does it based on heart rate so I wonder if it gives enough "credit" for heavy activity like lifting weights or playing golf carrying a golf bag for 9 holes. I'm trying eat what I burn but not more.
