Hi fat but good fat, is it ok

so I eat a bowl of porridge with a load of nuts and seeds pumpkin flax almonds cashews .

The aim to load up protein, certain vitamins and dietary requirements in the morning.

Issue is the fat is already going to 80% rda by the time I am done.

Is this necessarily a bad thing? And is it in line with keto type diets?


from my understanding cholesterol baddies are negated by cholesterol goodies
