If I need X food to finish my day

sometimes I find I am behind on certain daily nutrition targets - - frequently it's fiber. Is there a way to ask Cronometer _"hey, what's a food I can eat now to get 30g more of fiber but also low in fat"? _

  • The closest that would be is to use the Oracle. You can select your nutrient, press search and it will give you a list of foods that are high is the selected nutrient.

The DOWNSIDE of the Oracle is that is uses a huge database for the results. I find it often tells me foods that I've never consumed....or sometimes never even heard of! :) It would be better if it would display foods from the foods that you have logged - ones that you typically consume. Or have an option to do both/either.

  • You could try using the Crono coach, sometimes that is helpful to me.
