cannot set macronutrient targets back to default

There is no "DEFAULT" in the choices. Just "fixed target", various diets, and "Custom". No default. How do I get back to DEFAULT?

The "fixed targets" = default setting.

so, if I set it to fixed targets, and don't manually specify any minimum or maximum targets, then it goes back to defaults, right?

Make sure the box that says "Use custom values instead of RDA" is unchecked for any values you have changed. This will then revert your profile to the default values (RDA Values).
