Scanning UPC data
When I scan a UPC code is the nutrient info supposed to be immediately downloaded into my Cronometer custom foods? I have tried scanning a few items on mobile, then I get the screen to take images of the product, then I hit save. So far so good. But...When I hit save, it opens a new screen. Is that where I am supposed to enter the product info and nutritional data? That screen always crashes when I try to save what I input and never lets me enter anything.Wouldn't the nutrient data be imported in when I scan the UPC code? Thanks in advance, newbie user here.

Hi tsm,
The food will only be saved as a custom food if the barcode does not return a result in our database. If the food is not in our database, you will be prompted to create a custom food and submit the label to our curation team to add to the database, if you like. The next screen is where you would enter in the nutrition information.
What device type are you using? We can create a bug report for the crashes that are occuring.
Thanks for reporting the issue!

Thanks so much! It happens when I use my iPhone SE. I am not allowed to save anything I enter on the next screen where you would enter nutrient info.
