I just discovered Cronometer! I'm unusure if this question has been asked before, but is there a way I can "import" my data, recipes, stats, progress, etc., from MFP to here?

We do not have a way of importing your data from MFP.
I hope you enjoy a fresh start with Cronometer, or use the opportunity to put in some past biometrics and recipes as a way to get familiar with the ins and outs of Cronometer.
