Barlean's Organic Flaxseed Finely Ground 48 oz
I just started using Barlean's Organic Flaxseed Supplement Finely Ground 48 oz but I tried to enter into the Cronometer and it doesn't show up as having any Omega 3 0r 6. Is this a good product ?

Hello jmkeane63,
Most brand name products list only the nutrition information reported by the manufacturer. We recommend that you add the generic equivalent of your product by searching in the Common Foods tab to get the most nutrition information. For more tips, check out my favourite blog post: https://cronometer.com/blog/6-tips-getting-nutrition-data/
If you have the product handy and you see the omega-3 content listed, you can report an issue with your specific food by right clicking on the food entry in your diary to select 'view/edit selected food'. Then select the settings icon in the top right corner, and select 'report an issue'. On Mobile, Tap 'More details' and select the '!' icon in the top right corner. Our curation team will update the nutrition information in our database.

Karen,
It doesn't list the omega-3 content, that's my problem

Ah, I see! @jmkeane63 ,
I would suggest using the food called "Seeds, Flaxseed" (source NCCDB)
it has a much more complete nutrient profile than the brand name product - including omega-3 and omega-6Cheers,
