Locked Protein and fat targets AND variable weight objectives for bodybuilding

I like to plan my daily food intake in terms of:

almost fixed protein (for example 1g/pound of total weight) and,
almost fixed fat (for example .3 to per pound of lean weight) and
variable carbs to fit my daily calorie intake objective, derived from calories burned (+/- weight change).

It would be useful also to have different body weight changes objective options for different date ranges to account for bulking periods (for a few months) and cutting periods (for a few weeks).

Finally weight change options could be expanded (e.i. 3/4 pound) for a more granular approach?

Is there a way to do this? or is it a planned development?
