amount of sodium shown not salt?

I would like to know the amounts of salt in foods, for instance salmon heads. Can't find salmon head in the food data base. Nor can I change my settings to show salt. Ideally I would like to see salt and sodium. Any ideas how I can do this? Thanks

If you 'Edit a copy' of an item in the database and change the label to a 'European' label type you will be able to see the salt content conversion. This value is not available in the nutrient breakdown or trends however.
