How to I enter 'less than' in nutritional info?
When entering a new food product into the database, how do I enter a less than category? For example, a product I have says <5mg for sodium. I've seen it on other products in the database.
Currently, I'm using 4.9mg - but if I want to publish it, it won't be correct.

Hi Sicahjes,
Our curation team will edit the values as necessary before a food is published to our public database. We use the mid-point value in these cases.So we would enter 2.5 mg sodium for your food.
