Best Fitness Tracker

Hello - new user here - I would like some advice on which fitness tracker is the simplest to interface seamlessly with cronometer?

I guess all I want to be able to track are the calories burnt during the day and have that info imported automatically into the app to determine whether I am in caloric surplus or deficit for the day - suggestions?

Is the App compatible with Apple Watches? I couldn’t see Apple Watch option?
