how to set Carbs
I am trying to figure how to set carbs. I read to keep them under 25 grams daily is good for cardiometabolic diet, which I am trying to follow. How do I go in and set that?

Hi Chan,
You can edit your macronutrient targets from the Profile tab. Using the web version, for example, you can scroll down to Nutritional Targets, select the Carbohydrates tab, then tick the box under Custom and you can edit the Carbs value.

Hi @Chan ,
On your Profile Page, select "Fixed Targets" From the Drop Down Menu in Macronutrient Targets. Then check the "Custom" box next to Carbohydrates under Nutritional Targets. Once you have done this, you can set Custom targets for your Carbohydrates.
Good Luck!

Thanks. I just don't know what numbers to plug in.
If you want to keep your carbohydrate value under 25g per day, as mentioned in your previous post, you can enter 25 in the "Maximum" box next to Carbohydrates in the Nutritional Targets section of the profile page. If you are wondering what values you should be aiming for in a specific diet, I would reccomend looking at the "Find a Professional" Page in the "Help" section of Cronometer!

Chan, go to the face book page Impulsive Keto, and its sister page Keto Fit, they have a macro calculator that will give you calories, min and max fat, protein and carbs in grams.
