I’m unsure about what period this is for? I understand that it is for macronutrients in each category but is this for the week? Is there a way to show daily %% toward goal thresholds?

Your daily nutrition is shown below your Diary on the website. If you like to use the mobile app, you can find your daily numbers by tapping the menu in the diary screen and selecting Daily Report.
